Tengai POS helps shops sell, manage products and track stock. The Android app supports till hardware. Offline sales are saved for review and synchronisation when the connection returns.
Kubatana CRM keeps leads, customers, quotations and sales opportunities together.
Vhura AI Desk gives your team a place to manage customer requests. Automated AI actions are not currently enabled.
Nhimbe ERP combines these tools with accounts, purchasing, people, payroll, projects and manufacturing.

How do I create a workspace?
Choose a plan and workspace address, then confirm your email. Nhimbe prepares your private workspace automatically and emails you when it is ready. The progress page stays available while setup runs.
What do I set up first?
Add your business name, country, accounting currency and financial year. We prepare the accounts, price lists and stock locations. The setup checklist then takes you through people, products, prices and any services your business needs.
Can I try it before using it for real sales?
Yes. Your trial lasts 14 days and does not need a card. Start with a customer and a draft quotation. A draft quotation does not post money to your accounts. Check opening balances, tax settings and stock before recording real transactions.
Can I take EcoCash, OneMoney and card payments?
Supported payment flows need your business's own provider account and verified connection. Cash payments can be recorded without a payment gateway. Ask us about subscription payment options before your trial ends.
Does it support ZIMRA fiscal receipts?
Nhimbe includes a fiscal device integration. Your business must have the relevant registration, device credentials and a verified live connection before issuing fiscal receipts. Installing the software alone does not complete that process.
Who can see my business data?
Each business has its own workspace and database. You choose who joins your team and what they can access. Keep individual accounts for each member of staff.
Will the website always be available?
We monitor the service and keep encrypted daily backups. The current service runs on one server, so it does not offer a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. The POS app can keep eligible sales locally during a connection loss.
